VirtuAll works as an independent consultant on a contract basis so clients do not have any of the costs and expenses associated with employees, or pay for time they do not need.
Clients can choose from one of the following two packages:
Website Design @ $2500.00
This package includes the full set up of a website powered by WordPress, a blogging software that includes the benefits of search engine optimization (SEO), the process that makes your site search engine friendly, and gives you the ability to interact with your visitors.Package includes:
- Domain name registration
- Hosting plan set-up
- Customized template reflecting your company's image
- Basic SEO
- 5 pages of content of your choice (copy must be provided by client or purchased at our copywriting rate of $60/hour)
- Links, RSS feed and Feedburner account set-up
- Plug-ins to increase the functionality of your site (eg. Google Analytics), opt-in box and widgets to add required elements of your choice
- 2 hours of editing after the initial site is up
- 1 hour of WordPress training
- Customized Action Plan
Social Networking Profiles: Facebook @ $500.00 each
With the advent of business Pages, businesses are joining Facebook to build effective bridges to prospective clients and consumers through active engagement and value-added content.
Package includes:
- Custom set up of Facebook Business Page, LinkedIn Profile and Twitter account including photo, information, links and required applications in each.
- Customized Action Plan
Website package combined with 3 profiles are available at the reduced rate of $3,500.00
Or, clients can hire VirtuAll on a project basis at $75/hour for the following services:
- Website updates and maintenance
- Social networking profile udpates and maintenance
- Keyword research and reporting

- Shopping cart and product set up
- Teleclass set up and support
- Online event management
- Press release and article submission
- List building
- Link building
Services are tracked electronically; customers are invoiced on a monthly basis or when the project is completed, whichever is sooner. Invoices include a complete description of the services provided and the time it took to complete them. Project work is quoted in advance and clients are provided with a quote based on the estimated time required to complete the project and the complexity of the work.
Invoices are submitted by email on the last day of the month and payment is due upon receipt. Disbursements and expenses are billed separately at cost. Payment is accepted by cheque or PayPal. Contact us now for a detailed quote.
