VirtuAll partners with clients to become an integral part of your team. Potential clients receive a one-hour consultation free of charge to allow us to assess your requirements, understand how you prefer to work and to ensure that we can provide services to meet your needs. Contact with clients is generally internet-based using collaborative software and e-mail.
Prior to commencing work, VirtuAll provides clients with a Letter of Agreement including a complete description of agreed upon services, payment policies, work product ownership, confidentiality and termination agreements.
Invoices include a complete description of the services provided. In most cases, project work is sold by packages. If the work you require is not included in our packaged services, we can also provide you with a quote based on the estimated time required to complete the project based on the complexity of the work.
We only bill you for the time spent on your project. Services are tracked precisely using MyHours, a web-based time tracking “punch clock system”. Invoices are submitted by e-mail at the end of each month and payment is due upon receipt. Payment is accepted via Pay Pal or cheque. Disbursements and expenses are billed separately, at cost.
Regular office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. although we often work outside those hours with advance notice.
